Do we need to install anything?+
No. One School runs in the browser on any laptop or phone. Parents, teachers and drivers can add it to their home screen like an app, and the Android app comes on Google Play soon.
Does the fee money come to One School?+
No. Parents pay straight into your school's own bank account, through your UPI ID or your own Razorpay, Cashfree or PayU account. One School never holds your fees.
How long does it take to set up?+
Most schools are running the same day. Sign up, add your classes and staff in the setup wizard, and import students and parents from Excel. We help with the import if you need it.
Which boards do you support?+
CBSE, ICSE, state boards, IB and IGCSE schools all use the same core. Report cards follow each board's grading.
Is our data safe?+
Each school's data is kept separate and is only visible to people your school gives access to. Everyone signs in with a one-time code on their phone, and every change is recorded. You can export your data at any time.
What does it cost?+
The Complete package is ₹50,000 a year with our launch offer (normally ₹75,000), for unlimited students and staff. Start with a 14-day free trial, no card needed.
Can we cancel?+
Yes, any time. If you cancel part-way through the year, we refund the unused months pro rata.
Do parents pay for SMS?+
No. Alerts reach parents through the app for free. SMS and WhatsApp messages can be switched on for families who don't use the app.
